7. Payment Information and Waffo Pancake
If you pay through Waffo Pancake, payment card data, payment authentication, fraud checks, clearing, and dispute handling are processed by Waffo Pancake and its payment network partners. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or full bank account details on our own servers.

If a personal data security incident may affect your rights, we will take legally required actions and notify affected users and/or relevant regulators within 72 hours after discovery or within the period required by applicable law, using in-app notices, email, announcements, or other reasonable methods.
10. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless laws, tax/accounting requirements, disputes, security audits, anti-fraud needs, backup restoration, or payment rules require longer retention.

Third-party data practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent processing by third parties.
When calling third-party models or services through the Service, do not submit irrelevant, excessive, unauthorized, sensitive, or regulated data unless you have confirmed that the processing has a lawful basis and complies with applicable laws and third-party rules.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy for business, technical, legal, upstream provider, payment rule, or operational reasons. Material changes will be notified through the website, system announcements, in-app notices, email, or other reasonable means, and the effective date at the top will be updated.
If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you should stop using the Service. Continued access or use means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
